OK I have to tell you something. I was a little skeptical of that thing. We bought some pork ribs, made a dry rub and marinated them for a few hours, then coated them with BBQ sauce, loaded up the dripping pan with beer, onion, garlic, lemon. Put some Mesquite chips around the outside of the drip pan. Loaded it up with Charcoal and left it alone for 2 hours. Then we opened it. They were the best damn ribs I have ever had! I'm not kidding! The meat was falling off the bone, they were juicy. I am definitely using it again. It was fantastic. Thanks very much!William Munroe
