Why did I wait to buy this cooker? The ease of use is amazing. Just light and walk away. We cooked a Boston Butt the day we bought it. It was so hard not to take a peek at the meat, but in the end it was well worth it. I only wish that I could return my other grills to where I bought them. I only need the Orion now.Tom
