Just a line to let you know how the cook off went. The cookers did great and I think we would have done a lot better if I could have been in charge of seasoning but I wasn't. We won 6th place for chicken and 15th place on ribs and 11th place overall, out of 24 teams. I know for a fact that at least 5 cookers will be sold from my demos at the cook off. I won a bet on the cooker too. Had a fellow say that you can't cook brisket for less than 12 hours and it be tender.I did it in 3.5 hours and he almost passed out. Once again thanks for a great cooker. The grates need handles I think to make them easier to get out loaded with chicken parts but I love the ORION cooker. The rub is great too but didn’t get to use it in the cook off, but I will next time.Steve Moore
