I bought the Orion Cooker on a whim on Friday.On sunday I fired it up with two racks of ribs.In an hour and 10 minutes I had the best ribs I have ever eaten.So on Monday I gave the cooker the ultimate test,Brisket.In 3 hours and 45 minutes I had a 10 pound brisket that was so tender you would have thought it was smoked for 20 hours.The smoke ring was great and the taste was even better.Next weekend I will be cooking in a B-B-que cookoff against 40 other teams and I will be cooking on the ORION COOKER.I feel certain that this is the only cooker I will own from now on.Thanks for the great cooker and you are nice guys to top it all off.Steve Moore
