Thanks for making such a great smoker! The ribs were as good as I've ever cooked and only took about 1 1/2 hrs.! The spareribs were too heavy for the rib hanger because after they got about 3/4's done they fell down in the drip pan! I just swapped them over to the cooking grate and kept going! Thanks for sending me the Orion seasoning! It's great, too! The smoker I've been using is one of the Great Outdoors Smoky Mountain Series smokers. It's now been retired in favor of your smoker, except for times when I need to smoke more than the Orion will hold. And that will be very seldom! I definitely like not having to worry about flame-ups with direct-heat charcoal. It's so convenient to load up the Orion, light the charcoal, and go in the house and wait for the timer to go off!
